Angelo Repetto (CH)
There is something of Tangerine Dreams' early work, a wild kraut rock aesthetic and cosmic/Balearic vibes, disrupted by hypnotic trance elements. Repetto creates a density that transports the senses into unknown soundscapes. Ominous dissonances spill over into spherical narratives that snatch the senses from the here and now.
Mogwaa (KR)
Mogwaa is a producer based in Seoul, Korea. With huge affection of hardware synthesizers and drummachines, he interprets diverse genres of music with his own musical language. He've been releasing his musics from various labels in various cities.(Clique Records/Seoul, Star Creature/Chicago , Klasse Wrecks/Berlin, Spring Theory/San Francisco) and he's about to release his new collaboration 7" from his current label '8balltown/Seoul' and Vinyl version of his previous release '07307' from '1asia/Shanghai'
Closet from C’est Qui (KR)
Closet Yi and Naone, under the name of C'est Qui, are two young artists jacking the dance floor in Seoul's fast-rising underground electronic music scene. They were the fastest Korean artists to debut in Europe which took place this summer in Ortigia Sound system Festival Italy, Amsterdam, London, and Berlin. Only after a year since their debut C’est Qui has already proven their passion and unique talents through their career. Focusing mainly on classic deep house beats and original disco sounds, the two young artists rule the dance floor and by doing so, present a new image as a female DJ-duo inside Seoul's relatively male-oriented club scene.
Magico (KR)
A Korean DJ, born and raised in Uijeongbu, located in the suburbs of Seoul. He felt strong sense of vocation for electronic music in the early days of his dj career while playing at underground parties. He has always been touched by the deep and minimalistic aspects of house/techno music. His unique music selection and exquisite mixing style embrace many of the timeless bits and pieces from both old and new electronic music eras, making him shine as one of the essential djs/selectors in the Korean underground scene. He has been engaged in forming a solid local music scene since 2011, as a resident dj for club Mystik where notable djs from around the world have showcased their talents. He also curates his monthly event, Voice where he invites likeminded international djs who share a common attitude to deepen the range of styles available in the Seoul underground scene.
Nicola Kazimir (CH)
A DJ, producer, artist, curator, space-owner, record-label owner and party organizer, Nicola Kazimir works freely across platforms and communities. He is the main curator of an offspace called Mikro which is responsible of rejunavating Zürichs nightlife scene and giving a new and young generation aspirations to approach and experiment with music/dj sets beyond the static club-norms. Musically Nicola refuses genre stigmas and tackles any obscure composition he wants to – mostly self-releasing his music on the collectively shared and worldwide distributed labels “Les Points” and “Gentrified Underground”. Nicola already had the privilege to travel as a DJ and played in several famous clubs around the world.
S.O.N.S (KR)
S.O.N.S is the techno-leaning alias of a mysterious producer. His melodic sound draws heavily from rave-era hardcore, UK intelligent techno, and second wave Detroit, and could have just as easily been made in 1994 as in 2019.
S.O.N.S maintains the ethos of this era by exclusively releasing music on his self-titled label, distributing his own records, and avoiding photos and press. All of his records to date are highly prized, having experienced sold out runs and soaring Discogs prices.
